UBL- UL-Bohs vs Dolphin

A game of three penalty tries resulted in a very disappointing result for the Senior  Robins, losing out to Dolphin by 13-28 in yesterday's UBL match in Thomond Park. Having played with the wind, we held a 6-0 lead at half time, but a sin binning in the second half saw us ship 14 points during the 10 minutes. Try as we did, we couldn't make up that ground and with a late intercept try Dolphin ran out winners, albeit with the score somewhat flattering. Highlight for us was a fabulous pitch length break from Cian Aherne which saw him being impeded as he chased his own kick, and the awarding of the first penalty try. Our remaining points were kicked by Robbie Bourke. Onwards to our next match against Trinity, away, on Saturday 3rd of October. Best wishes to Rory White, Captain for yesterday's game, who had to retire injured in the first few minutes !

UBL - Belfast Harlequins RFC vs UL-Bohs

Quins 18, Ul/Bohs 20 Great result for the Robins in Belfast Harlequins RFC today. Tries from Cian Aherne and Kevin O'Byrne were supplemented by kicks from Rick McKenna who scored the remaining points with the boot. Two late tries from Quins made it a bit too close for this heart, but overall a great team performance . Well done to all ! Looking forward to Dolphin next Saturday in Thomond Park Stadium.
