Great win for the U 13s

This was a very tough game away V Young Munster in Derryknockane. Early pressure was absorbed, and when we got our hands on the ball, Bohs played to there strengths and managed to get the ball wide and take the only score of the first half, with Evan O Leary going over. The second half started with Bohs receiving and they immediately took the advice given at half time, ie to get the ball in the backs and play to the ' Munsters half of the pitch. With Bohs moving forward a maul formed and unfortunately the young Munster out half picked up a bad injury. Play stopped for up to 10 minutes and the player was clapped of the field by all in attendance.Having sustained pressure, Munster's secured the ball at the base of a scrum and secured the ball. They went all the way up the field to eventually score and it was 5 all-game on !Bohs were not broken or deterred in there task and pressed back up the pitch immediately. The ball came wide and with a strong run from Eoghan Bourke, he dinked the ball over the heads of the defence, ran it down and while under pressure from the defence managed to get downward pressure, a great try. 5-10.While the conversation fell short, the ref blew for full time.Bohs win 5-10, in what was,by far, the toughest and most demanding game of the season so far.Next game at home in Annacotty V Ennis, in two weeks time.
Good weekend for Robins

Bit of a mixed weekend for the Robins, but more positives than negatives. Great wins for the Senior XV against Cashel and for the Ladies team against Highfield. The '20s came up short against Old Crescent, as did the 18s against Ennis but the '14s defeated Kilrush. More reports as I get them. Well done to all concerned.
